ENHANCEMENT 1: WB2DND and KD2MT style data files can
be imported in the Transfer Files program.

accept `*' as a wildcard. A selector entry of Name=Da*

	properly.

FIX 6: You are not allowed to enter a month greater than
	13 in the date subroutines.

FIX 7: There was a spacing problem when printing QSL
cards using the dd mon yy format that has been fixed.

FIX 8: Monochrome users would crash when trying to use
a function key. Now they are just given an error
	message and allowed to proceed.

FIX 9: State side calls were not always being logged in
true callbook order. The suffix was fine but the prefix
was not considered. If you find you have any calls
presently out of order, removing and re-entering them
	should restore order.
